Today is a long day.
Yet it was fun!
Came late for Internet & Web Technologies
in the morning.
The tutor was nice and interesting.
This module is definitely better than last semester's Software Apps.
Then had Microeconomics Lecture.
I'm in love with Microeconomics!
LOL
Although I fell asleep for the first 10 slides =S
But I now finally understood what Opportunity Cost is.
Opportunity Cost is the best alternative sacrificed for a chosen alternative.
What it means is this:
If you have 2 choices, to pon school or not,
if you pon school you'll receive knowledge and perhaps gain some exam hints,
if you don't pon then you'll have the time to rest.
In the end you decide to pon school.
So that means the opportunity costs are better grades and more knowledge.
Went to Karl Heng after lecture.
Finally bought my E-diao and C-diao.
Then went to Church right after that for CEG.
CEG was awesome.
I really believe that this is the time for growth.
Towards 1400!
After CEG went to help out D5 and D50 with BM.
It's been a long time since I last did BM.
Quite fun. ^.^
Then while waiting for them to finish,
talked to someone on msn and realized the stereotype of what Church is.
A lot of times when people think about Church,
they'll think about big crosses and wooden benches.
So I've decided to let you have a see of
MY BELOVED CHURCH
MY SECOND HOME
HEART OF GOD CHURCH
[pictures taken from here, Eric's Blog]
[This is where we are. We are located at the 12th floor at Paya Lebar Singpost building]
[Ordinary service]
[There's our cross!]
[hoGc Chinese orchestra]
[Cool huh?]
Cool huh?
There's still more to see.
Like our pool table, arcade consoles, cafe, al fresco etc.
hoGc is open From Tuesday to Sunday.
So if you want a place to hang out, study or play,
You can just drop by to do your stuff.
Awesome huh?
That's why hoGc is our 2nd home.
After having dinner with D5 & D50,
went home.
As we were waiting for the bus,
we were joking around and talking about nonsense stuff.
Then out of a sudden,
There's this perverted old man who popped out of nowhere.
He was like smiling such a cheeky smile.
Then he suddenly gave us the weirdest comments.
Damn weirdo.
He looked drunk.
*At the bus stop*
Cheeko Pek: *smiles cheekily* You all having fun arh? Very fun arh?
Me : umm yeah.
Cheeko Pek: How old are you all?
Me: ummm. some of us are sec 3 and some are poly.
Cheeko Pek: Huh? you don't know exactly? *turns to choong kai* How old are you?
Choong Kai: Sec 2
Cheeko Pek: *points to Choong Kai* His answer is very good. But yours arh.. is fu**ed up.
Everyone: *looks at each other with the wtf face* o.O
*Bus arrives and everyone rushes to get out of there*
Crazy sia.
I didn't specifically state our age
because I was trying to protect them.
You don't give out any personal information to strangers,
more especially when these strangers are WEIRDOS!
